This data processor does the following activities for us: Online Business Accounting Software processing invoice and payments from clients.

This data processor does the following activities for us: workspace usage including emails, calendar and google meet calls.

Zoom Workplace

This data processor does the following activities for us: Hosting meetings.

Wix Website Builder
This data processor does the following activities for us: Wix Website Builder hosts Projects and Admin Solutions website; processes calendar appointment booking information.

 

7. Cookies â€‹

​Projects and Admin Solutions only use cookies as necessary in the operation of our website to collect anonymous data via GA4 (formerly Google Analytics) regarding how visitors use our website (such as numbers, where from, time spent, pages viewed, visitor returns) – to help improve the site and allow you to share pages on social media. By using our website, you are consenting to this use.

 

If you do not consent, you must disable cookies in your browser however this may stop the website from functioning properly on your device. Google have an add-on to their browser to help you control which cookies you would like to keep or disable. You can download this add-on here

​We try to minimise the use of data collection plugins but there are some which we use to help establish who is using the website and what improvements can be made. We use GA4 which allows us to gather analytics such as how our website is performing on search engines, which pages have the most hits, how they have found Projects and Admin Solutions and the rough demographic information of the audience (age, gender etc). ​If you contact us via the contact form on the website, in doing so you are consenting to us to respond via email. Contacting us via the contact form will not add you to any mailing list and you will not be contacted via email for anything other than your enquiry.
